INGREDIENTS

  1. Blend the McVITIE’S DIGESTIVES©, walnuts and honey together in a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it creates stiff peaks, and then fold the mascarpone in until combined.
  3. Spoon half of the biscuit mixture into the base of a sundae glass. Layer half of the orange slices over the top, then half of the cherries and then half of the cream mixture. Repeat this with the remaining ingredients and finish with the cream on top.
  4. Reduce six tablespoons of the cherry syrup over a high heat in a pan. Leave to cool, then drizzle over the top of the cream. Serve with a McVITIE’S DIGESTIVE© and a cherry.
